Q: What is the normal turnaround time on a fine art reproduction?
A: Unless it is a large project, turnaround time is generally under three business days.
Q: I have a lot of pieces I would like to frame, but framing is so expensive. How can I save
money?
A: I purchased mat board in 32 x 40 sheets, and bill in one quarter sheet increments. By keeping the outside
dimensions of the mat under 16 x 20, you can save you up to 50%. This also holds true for a half sheet,
keeping the dimension under 16 x 40 or 20 x 32 will also save you up to 50%.
Other ways to save money on framing is by choosing standard glass over conservation or a single mat over
double.
Lastly, I also offer gallery wraps for canvas prints that eliminate the glass and frame altogether.
Q: What is the turnaround time for framing projects?
A: generally about seven working days. I do have some stock moldings, and turnaround time can be within 24 hours
for in-stock materials.
